You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

4. User conduct

5. Ride sharing disclaimer

TripShare provides a platform to connect travelers. We do not provide transportation services and are not responsible for the conduct of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions and arrangements with other users.

6. Payments

TripShare does not currently process payments through the Service. Any cost-sharing arrangements are made directly between users at their own risk.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
